John Morris Scientific are pleased to introduce Atago’s new refractometer for Beer. The pocket sized PAL-PLATO is used to measure the "Sweet Wort" in Beer and to determine the final point of fermentation.

The PAL-PLATO has a measurement range of 0.0 - 30.0 o Plato (accuracy 0.2 °) and is available with automatic temperature compensation. It is water resistant and conforms to IP65.

The PAL-PLATO is quick and easy to clean – just rinse with water and it is ready to be used again
