ASIA Flow Chemistry Systems

Syrris Asia flow chemistry system from_John Morris Scientific

Syrris proudly manufacture the Asia system for advanced flow chemistry. With a completely flexible and modular design, the Asia can be configured to meet the individual needs of any chemist and can be easily upgraded to meet changing demands.

The Asia offers maximum chemical resistance and features an extensive range of temperatures, pressures and reaction times on scales from mg to kg. Syrris have developed three variations of the Asia, each are available in three different models which have been pre-configured for varying levels of functionality.Syrris Asia flow chemistry system from John Morris Scientific

Series 1 (manual)

A robust, totally chemically resistant micoreactor system for solution phase chemistry. Ideal for chemists with a lower budget or those who prefer not to have automation. The series 1 has a temperature range of -15oC to 150oC and a pressure rate of 300 psi.

Model 110 – Contains 2 chemically resistant ultra smooth pump channels, a glass microreactor with heater & cooler and back pressure controller for super heating

Model 120 – Contains the same features as the 110 as well as a high temperature microreactor heater, solid phase chemistry reactors & heater adaptor and a preparative scale tube reactor & heater adaptor

Model 130 – Contains the same features as the 120 as well as inert solvent/reagent storage, 2 automated reagent injection loops and a product collector.

Series 2 (Automatic)

Designed to automatically perform one experiment at a time. Parameters such as reaction temperature, pressure, reagent injections and collection timings are all automated. The series 2 is ideal as an introduction to flow synthesis

Model 210 – Contains the same features as the 110 as well as inert solvent/reagent storage, a product collector and automation of reaction conditions and collection.

Model 220 – Contains the same features as the 210 as well as 2 automated reagent injection loops, a high temperature microreactor heater, solid phase chemistry reactors & heater adaptor and a preparative scale tube reactor & heater adaptor.

Model 230 – Contains the same features as the 220 as well as 2 additional pump channels, 2 additional injection loops, flow aqueous work-up and full PC software control

Series 3 (Automatic)

Fully automated collection of multiple multi-step reactions in solution or solid phase. Automatically perform process optimisation. Parameters such as reaction time, temperature and ratio of reagents can be varied and each reaction collected and analysed automatically. The series 3 has a temperature range of -15oC to 250oC and a pressure rate of 300 psi.

Model 310 – Contains the same features as the 110 as well as inert solvent/reagent storage, 2 automated reagent injection loops, automation of reaction conditions and automated collector of multiple samples

Model 320 – Contains the same features as the 310 as well as 2 additional pump channels, 2 additional injection loops, a high temperature microreactor heater, solid phase chemistry reactors & heater adaptor, preparative scale tube reactor & heater adaptor and full PC software control.

Model 330 – Contains the same features as the 320 as well as a flow aqueous work-up and automated sampler & diluter for online analysis.

Syrris Asia’s innovative Syringe Pump comes standard with all models.
