John Morris Scientific are pleased to introduce Adixen’s ACP compact dry roughing pumps.

ACP pumps offer particulate and Hydrocarbon free vacuum due to a frictionless and oil-free design. They have constant tolerances and non grinding seals. Back streaming of Hydrocarbons are avoided as the ACP Series have no lubricant inside the pumping module.

ACP pumps are designed for the harsh demands of semiconductor applications and have low operating costs due to an unmatched service interval of 20,000 hours. ACP pumps can operate against atmospheric pressure and do not require a backing pump.

ACP pumps provide benefits to applications requiring high levels of cleanliness and reliability. Typical applications are in the field of electron microscopes, mass spectrometers, RGA, backing of turbomolecular pumps, vacuum coating and general vacuum operations.
